On Monday, September 27th, ODALC Executive Director Shaun Tai will be attending the Golden State Warriors’ 2010 Media Day, or “Tweedia Day”, a press-only event where Shaun will be acting as one of ten social media journalists.

Held at the Warrior’s training facility in downtown Oakland, Tweedia Day will mark a series of firsts for the NBA team:  their first PR event incorporating social media outlets (Twitter); the first look at the new Warriors logo and uniform; and the formal introduction of several new players (including all-star David Lee) and the team’s new coach (rumored to be Keith Smart).

As Shaun lends his experience in digital media and e-marketing to the coverage of this event, ODALC hopes to further its commitment to improving Oakland in synergy with the new and improved Golden State Warriors. Go Warriors!
